Innomax provides asset management services to non-profit organizations that receive donated properties. We work with banks and private sellers looking for a socially responsible way to dispose of properties to support neighborhood stabilization.

The non-profit organizations we partner with offer housing options to low/moderate income borrowers, veterans, and other individuals in need of affordable housing. This allows us to assist individuals and families in need, increase home ownership in communities, and decrease the volume of vacant properties. By partnering with these organizations we are able to do our part in promoting community stabilization and affordable home ownership.
